Catalog Help (FAQ's) Why do I have to login to see certain prices? Some of our manufacturers have strict rules about what prices we may advertise. These are known as MAP or Minimum Advertised Prices. Usually our prices are well below that price. By creating an account and logging in, you are communicating directly with us, and that allows us to display your price.
I’m a new customer. How do I create an account?
Visit the Login page located in the catalog section, or click "Customer Sign-In" in the top right corner of the main site, and then click on "Create Account". I’m with a school. Do I get special pricing? We mostly work with schools, so our prices are deeply discounted already. If you would like information on quantity discounts, please submit a request for a quote. See below for information on how to request a quote. Do you accept Purchase Orders? Yes. We accept purchase orders from Public Schools, BOE's, ESC's and Public and Private Universities. If you are a private/charter school or a business please call to set up an account and then we can begin taking your PO's. How do I place an order? Since most schools do not allow online purchasing, you may fax, mail, or phone in your PO to us. If you can place orders online, you must be signed in to place an order. If you are a returning customer, you can sign-in using your email address and password. If you are a new customer, create an account by visiting the Login page and clicking on "Create Account". Once you have created an account, you may immediately begin to place orders. How do I request a quote? If you are purchasing several products at once or a large number of a single item, you can sign-in and submit a Request for a Quote. The Request Quote function found on the shopping cart page, allows you to convert the contents of your shopping cart into a RFQ to send to us. We will evaluate your order quantities and email you a quote with our best prices and shipping charges. You may also submit a quote by fax or phone:

What is the “Print for PO” button? If you are ready to purchase an item based on our online pricing, the “Print a PO” function allows you to turn your cart into an immediate quote. This quote will have all the information you need to pass-on for approval and processing and will not require you to wait for a quote response.
