AUDIO VISUAL AIDS CORP., A DISTRIBUTOR OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT, HAS BEEN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS FOR 50 YEARS. WE FEEL, AS MOST COMPANIES SHOULD, THAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR # 1 PRIORITY, And THEREFORE WE IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES.
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPTARTMENT CAN BE REACHED AT ANYTIME DURING BUSINESS HOURS (8-5 CST M-F) BY CALLING 1-800-422-1282. FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT, ASK FOR RON GEORGE OR JUSTIN JONES. FOR REPAIR SERVICES AND RETURNS, ASK FOR ERNEST MENDEZ. MOST PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED HAVE BEEN RESOLVED OVER A SIMPLE PHONE CALL, HOWEVER, IF NEEDED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CAN ARRANGE A PERSONAL MEETING TO TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE AT HAND.
WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT AND THE SAME IS DETERMINED TO BE UNDER WARRANTY, THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE UTILIZED.
- CUSTOMER INFORMS OUR COMPANY TOLL FREE @ (800)422-1282 AS TO THE MODEL NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT, PURCHASE DATE, AND THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM.
- WE WILL ISSUE A UPS CALL TAG, WHICH WILL GENERATE A RETURN LABEL AND CAUSE UPS TO PICK UP ITEM FROM CUSTOMER'S LOCATION(CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES)
- WHEN WE RECEIVE ITEM WE WILL DETERMINE METHOD OF ALLEVIATING PROBLEM:
IF THE PRODUCT'S WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED IT BECOMES THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNING PRODUCT TO AUDIO VISUAL AIDS CORP. WE WILL, IF REQUESTED TO DO SO, ISSUE A U P S CALL TAG FOR THE CUSTOMER'S CONVENIENCE. ESTIMATES CAN BE GIVEN FOR THE REPAIR OF THE ITEM, IF REQUESTED. IN THE EVENT THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO HAVE THE ITEM REPAIRED, UPON COMPLETION WE WILL SHIP ITEM BACK AND INVOICE THE CUSTOMER FOR REPAIR AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES.
STATEMENT OF GUARANTEE
Audio Visual Aids will provide equivalent replacement parts for product sold to the state for
at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
